The first WWF Diva is believed to be under the influence when she slammed her Mercedes into the rear of a Kia Sorento in Florida, causing the fatal car crash.

AceShowbiz - WWE legend Tammy Sytch is apparently to blame for a fatal car crash that left one person dead. The professional wrestler has been named a suspect in an accident that took place in Florida last month.
In a traffic crash report obtained by TMZ, the Ormond Beach Police Department details that the accident happened at around 8:28 P.M. on March 25 on United States Highway 1 in Volusia County. Tammy allegedly was driving south when she ran into a vehicle that was sitting at a traffic light.
The 49-year-old was driving a 2012 Mercedes when she crashed into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento that was stopped at a stoplight. The Kia then crashed into the rear of a 2011 GMC Yukon that was also stopped at the light.
The driver of the Kia, 75-year-old Julian Lafrancis Lasseter of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to a nearby hospital, but he was later declared dead from injuries suffered in the wreck. The driver and the passengers in the Yukon complained of neck, back, side and head injuries, but were not transported to the hospital.
Tammy was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center, the same hospital where the driver of the Kia was transported to, with unknown injuries. She was released "after a search warrant was approved and executed to obtain a sample of her blood for investigation of impairment."
Police believe that the WWE Hall of Famer was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, but the results of the test are still pending. The officer note in the report that two witnesses said Tammy had been "driving at a high rate of speed" before hitting the Kia.
Tammy has not been arrested, but she could face criminal charges. Police said the department's traffic division is "actively investigating the crash," adding that "the investigation may lead to criminal charges, which are pending toxicology results."
A spokesperson for the Ormond Beach Police Dept. said in a release, "OBPD has requested an expedited timeframe on the processing of these samples and the results will be made available as soon as the department receives them."
"Our hearts go out to the Lasseter family that lost their loved one in such a tragic event," Ormond Beach Police Chief, Jesse Godfrey said in a statement. "Our goal at the Ormond Beach Police Department is to keep city roadways safe, so if you see a vehicle operating in a manner that leads you to believe the driver may be impaired, please don't hesitate to call 911. You may just save someone's life."
This isn't the first time Tammy was accused of traffic violation. In 2019, she was charged with her sixth DUI after being arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. She spent over a year in prison before being released in February 2020.
