The first snap saw her standing and holding a dumbbell while looking in a mirror, while the second one displayed the reality star lifting weights as she sat down. In the caption of the post, the former "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" star boasted, "About 3 months apart." She went on to give her trainer Joel Bouraima a shout-out by writing, "Let's go @coachjoe.paris we are sculpting my back and arms."
