Responding to the shocking allegation, the 'Beautiful People' singer's lawyer Howard King says that the 'Westworld' actress' 'imaginative' claim 'is the most brazen and easiest to disprove.'

AceShowbiz - Marilyn Manson has responded to the accusation made by Evan Rachel Wood that he "essentially raped" her on set of "Heart-Shaped Glasses" music video. The "Beautiful People" singer has denied the shocking allegation via his lawyer.

The 53-year-old crooner's attorney Howard King said on Monday, January 24 that Evan Rachel's accusations were "brazen" and easily debunked. "Of all the false claims that Evan Rachel Wood has made about Brian Warner [Marilyn's real name], her imaginative retelling of the making of the 'Heart-Shaped Glasses' music video 15 years ago is the most brazen and easiest to disprove, because there were multiple witnesses," so said the lawyer.

"Evan was not only fully coherent and engaged during the three-day shoot but also heavily involved in weeks of pre-production planning and days of post-production editing of the final cut," Howard continued. The attorney added that the simulated sex scene "took several hours to shoot with multiple takes using different angles and several long breaks in between camera setups." He further stressed that his client "did not have sex with Evan on that set, and she knows that is the truth."

Evan Rachel accused Marilyn of "essentially" sexually assaulting her on set of "Heart-Shaped Glasses" music video in "Phoenix Rising - Part I: Don't Fall". She said in the Amy Berg-directed documentary, "It's nothing like I thought it was going to be."

"We're doing things that were not what was pitched to me. We had discussed a simulated sex scene, but once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real," the "Westworld" star further explained in the documentary. She also stressed that she "had never agreed to that" and that "was complete chaos."

Evan Rachel further claimed that she "did not feel safe" as "no one was looking after [her]." The "True Blood" alum continued to say that "it was a really traumatizing experience filming the video. I felt disgusting and that I had done something shameful and I could tell that the crew was uncomfortable and nobody knew what to do."

"I was coerced into a commercial sex act under false pretenses," the 34-year-old actress added. She went on saying, "That's when the first crime was committed against me. I was essentially raped on-camera."
