AceShowbiz - Luke Combs is about to become a father for the first time. The country music singer and his wife Nicole Hocking are expecting their first child, so the happy couple has announced on their social media accounts.
Making use of Instagram, the CMA Award-winning artist broke the news on Thursday, January 20 by posting several pictures of him and his wife. In the first image, the pair held a sonogram of their baby while the "Forever After All" crooner stood behind her and she cradled her baby bump with the backdrop of the ocean.
The second shot gives a closer look at the sonogram. In the third photo, the soon-to-be parents sat on a bench underneath a tree while Nicole leaned her head on Luke's shoulder and he rested his hand on her growing belly.
In the caption, the 31-year-old star revealed that their baby boy is due this spring. "Here we go y'all! Lil dude Combs is coming this Spring!" so he informed his followers. "Couldn't be more excited to start a family with this babe. It's gonna be a hell of a ride @nicolejcombs."
Nicole posted the same images on her own page with a similar announcement. "this may be the best year yet baby BOY combs coming spring 2022!! we are so incredibly excited & thankful," she gushingly wrote.
The pair were soon showered with congratulatory messages from his fellow country music artists, including Morgan Wallen who wrote, "Congrats brother!! Love the name." Maren Morris commented, "Congratulations, y'all!"
Riley Green echoed the message, "Congrats bud." Canadian pop-country singer Lindsay Ell chimed in, "Congratulations you guys!!," while Drew Parker added, "So stoked for y'all! It's the best thing in the world!"
Luke began dating Nicole, a Fort Myers, Florida native, in 2016. They got engaged two years later in November 2018 and married in Florida on August 1, 2020.
