Tory Lanez vowed to never stop 'being great' amid Megan Thee Stallion shooting case.

One day prior, Tory was spotted partying with Allen at a club. A video uploaded by DJ Akademiks on his Instagram page saw Tory and the NBA legend being treated to bottle service, with one of the bottle girls holding up a sign that said, "Welcome Allen Iverson."

In the comment section, many Tory's fans believed that the star is "innocent" as he hung out with Allen. "Oh yeah he innocent, innocent. N***a hanging out with the [goat emoji]," one wrote. Another added, "Don't forget he's innocent."

"Notice how all these celebrities hanging out with Tory now? Seems like they seen a tape of Tory's innocence," another suggested. In the meantime, someone else commented, "THAT MAN INNOCENT [hundred percent emoji] FREE TORY."

As for Tory's shooting case, a preliminary hearing was held in Los Angeles on Tuesday, December 14. According to his attorney Shawn Holley, Los Angeles Police Department Detective Ryan Stogner confirmed during the hearing that bullet fragments from Megan's ankles "cannot be located." The fragments would be hard evidence to prove it was a bullet and not glass in the "Hot Girl Summer" raptress' foot.

Detective Ryan also said that Tory shouted, "Dance, b***h, dance" at Megan before allegedly shooting at her feet. Ryan added that "[Megan] observed Mr. Peterson holding a firearm and then she observed him start to shoot."

"Megan immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence," the detective continued. "She described her injuries as bleeding profusely."

Ryan stated that Tory apologized for shooting Megan and "offered her money and begged her to please not say anything." The detective also noted that Megan told him that Tory made "a reference to the fact he was already on probation."

After reports of him shouting "dance b***h" at Megan circulated online, Tory took to his Twitter account to defend himself. "NAH … I need someone to REPORT what was REALLY said in court today," he wrote. He then called the allegations "false story" as saying, "45 minutes of my lawyer stating contradictory evidence that proves my innocence should never come back as one false story forced to the media."

Megan was also dissatisfied with the latest news coverage of Tory shooting trial. For her part, the "Savage" raptress expressed her frustrations via Twitter, accusing the press of downplaying the shooting, which landed her in a hospital.

"I've been SHOT and the focus of some these headlines are dismissing that I was attacked with a WEPON [sic] WHILE I WAS UNARMED and trying to paint it as a cat fight between friends," Megan fumed after it's reported that witness told police the female rapper had a fight with Kelsey before she was shot. She added, "Why do I have to relive this with everyone on the internet every day ? And watch y'all gaslight me."
