AceShowbiz - Doodie Lo won't let FTN Bae ruin his reputation. Having been accused of child molestation, the OFT member filed a defamation lawsuit against his former girlfriend.
Doodie, real name David Saulsberry, made use of Instagram on Thursday, December 16 to share screenshots of his lawsuit. Alongside the pictures, he said, "Just in case y'all was wondering what was going on."
"Don't trust me trust PACER, look it up yourself," the 30-year-old musician added. "(21-CV-63262) I Will Never Sit Back And Let Nobody Defame My Name My Character And What I Stand For This Is All Public Record I'm Not Letting Nobody Play With My Name…. Don't Never Play With My Name @arielesq305."
In his lawsuit, Doodie insisted that all allegations leveled against him are merely "falsehoods." He also claimed that the accusations led him to suffer "great loss of customers, fan base" and be "deprived of great gains and profits" in amounts of more than $1 million.
Around the same time after Doodie shared his post, FTN Bae unleashed screenshots of her own court papers on Instagram. The social media personality, born Britney Elder, asked a judge to dismiss her ex's complaint in the documents.
"Anybody Can Sue for Whatever Reasons & Say Whatever In The Lawsuit. Here's My Response From My Lawyer About His Little Lawsuit & Lack Of Evidence," the musical artist penned. "Don't Gloat About A Law Suit That Was merely Filed. No Ruling Has Even Been Made. All This Man Is Worried About Is Money. Not Clearing His Name. Only Mad I Exposed Him. Leave Me Out Of It."
The legal battle between the two first started after FTN Bae accused Doodie of sexually assaulting her 5-year-old son Wesley back in August. At that time, she shared audio in which she's heard speaking with her son about what allegedly happened to him. "What your hearing is my 5 year old son Wesley cry to me about what my ex boyfriend @otf_doodielo (david) did to him," she wrote in the caption.
"For the last 2 months my son was pooping in his pants it was so bad i had to put diapers back on him," she added. "October 1st my son finally told me what had happened to him. i'm thankful to God because a lot of kids DONT speak up because they were scared just like my son. I have been dealing with this for almost a month and its been the hardest thing I HAVE EVER HAD TO DO IN MY LIFE & I WILL NOT remain quit for one more second."
"August 6th i had a show in Orlando & @otf_doodielo was at my house along with my roommate and my son and his 3 year old cousin. Once i left this SICK man welted 3 screws (that he found in my toolbox) and shoved them up my sons anus," the singer/dancer continued. "Scared and afraid my son hid the screws outside so he 'couldn't find it & do it again' and never told me about it. He was trying to be sooo tough that he dealt with this for 2 months and it clearly was AFFECTING him."
