All the people who died from the stampede at the concert held by the 'Sicko Mode' rapper suffered from 'compression asphyxia' and one of them had drugs in his system.

AceShowbiz - The cause of death of the 10 Astroworld victims have been revealed. According to Harris County Medical Examiner, all of those people passed away from "compression asphyxia" as their lungs were crushed in the deadly stampede at Travis Scott's disastrous concert.

There were reports of drugs involved in the fatal crowd surge, but only one person among the dead victims had drugs in his system. "Medical examiners said contributing factors in one man’s death were cocaine, methamphetamine and ethanol, a form of alcohol," the AP reported.

Travis Scott is facing numerous lawsuits from victims and their families. He was blamed for his handling of the surge. In response, his lawyer said the officials were partly responsible for what happened.

The hip-hop star offered to cover the victims' funerals but he was rejected by half of the victims' families.

In his first sit-down, he dismissed satanic ritual conspiracy theory as he called himself a "man of God." He also claimed he was unaware of the severity of the situation until minutes before the press conference.

When asked why the concert continued after officials declared it a mass casualty event, he insisted he did stop the event after being told to. "They told me, 'Right after the guests get on stage, we're going to end the show.' And that's what we did," he claimed. "Other than that, there was no communication."

Travis' career has since taken a dive fast as he lost multiple gigs and deals.

Nike put on hold sneaker collaboration with him.

His headlining slot at the Coachella was called off. Not even his offer to perform for free could sway the organizers to reverse their decision.

Anheuser-Busch, the beverage company who partnered with Travis, confirmed they discontinued his adult beverage, Cacti.

His magazine cover with baby mama Kylie Jenner was also yanked off by W magazine.
