AceShowbiz - Green Day, Halsey, and Miley Cyrus are to headline a three day Super Bowl festival at Los Angeles' new Crypto.com Arena ahead of the big game in February (22).

Halsey will kick things off on 10 February with Machine Gun Kelly while the Friday night show will feature newlyweds Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani as well as Mickey Guyton, and Green Day and Miley Cyrus will headline the Saturday night festivities.

The Staples Center will be renamed Crypto.com Arena on Christmas Day (25Dec21) following a reported $700 million deal between promoters AEG And the Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency platform - one of the biggest naming rights deals in U.S. history.

The new venue's first big event will be a Christmas Day basketball showdown between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Brooklyn Nets.

"We're very excited about partnering with AEG and investing long term in this city, starting with Crypto.com Arena in the heart of downtown, and using our platform in new and creative ways so that cryptocurrency can power the future of world class sports, entertainment and technology for fans in LA and around the world," Crypto.com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek says.

The Staples Center, which opened in 1999, is one of America's leading concert venues and sports arenas.
