The former 'Teen Mom' star's spouse David Eason is released from prison after posting a $750 bond and he's set to appear in court one week after a hearing for prior driving infractions in February 2022.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans' husband David Eason had another run-in with the law. The former "Teen Mom 2" star's spouse was arrested for driving with a revoked license and possession of an open container.

The 33-year-old was pulled over by police officers in Columbus County, North Carolina, on Friday, November 12. The authorities then found that he's driving without a functional license, not stemming from a DWI.

David reportedly posted a $750 bond and was released from jail. He's set to appear in court on February 16, 2022, one week after a hearing for prior driving infractions, including speeding and using an expired registration tag.

Prior to his arrest, Jenelle previously addressed the status of her husband's license in May while arguing with a social media troll. "In the state of NC, they will SUSPEND your license until you pay your tickets off. So it was never revoked and only suspended for 2 days," she wrote in a TikTok comment at the time.

Back in June 2020, David was taken into police custody and charged for assault with a deadly weapon. According to the police report, he struck one of the former "Teen Mom OG" alum's male friends, James Spivey, in the back of the neck and on the back after a misunderstanding. He also allegedly shouted "I will blow your f**king brains out" at James. Following the incident, Jenelle said that she was "safe."

In October 2019, Jenelle, who tied the knot with David in 2017, declared via Instagram that she intended to file for divorce from David after he admitted to killing the family's dog. David then temporarily lost custody of Kaiser and Ensley after the incident.

"The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that's what is best for me, and for my kids," the MTV star wrote as she announced her split. She added, "I know I need to make changes. I'm starting now."

However, the separation was brief. In March 2020, Jenelle confirmed that she and David had reconciled. "I know some people don't understand, but there's a lot of worse things that have happened in my life than getting back with my husband and trying to work it out. For me, I was willing to give it a second shot," Jenelle told Us Weekly at that time. "He saw that I really will [leave him]. He started paying attention more to what I was saying."
