In a new episode of her Facebook show 'Red Table Talk', the 'Girls Trip' star and guest Gwyneth Paltrow talk about how they give their kids a sex education.

AceShowbiz - Jada Pinkett Smith once again opened up about her sex life with husband Will Smith. In the Wednesday, October 27 episode of her show "Red Table Talk", the 50-year-old actress discussed maintaining a good sex life with guest Gwyneth Paltrow.

Jada admitted that "it's hard" to do, at least for her and Will who have been married for decades. "The thing Will and I talk about a lot is the journey. We started in this at a very young age, you know, 22 years old."

She went on to explain, "That's why the accountability part really hit for me because I think you expect your partner to know [what you need], especially when it comes to sex. It's like, 'Well, if you love me, you should know. If you love me, you should read my mind.' That's a huge pitfall." Gwyneth then commented, "Isn't it weird, though? It's like someone doesn't read your mind and we feel crushed."

Agreed, Jada responded, "Crushed!" The "Girls Trip" star added, "You tell me what you need. Tell me what you want, and on top of it, I know that I have to be accountable to do the same...I really try. It's uncomfortable, but it's deeply healthy, and I think around sex, because it's something that we don't talk about and there's so much fantasy around it."

Later, Jada talked about how she gave their kids a sex education. Jada shared that Willow Smith began asking about sex at age five, while she stressed about "respect and consideration" during talk about sex with her son Jaden Smith.

As for Gwyneth, the Goop founder said that the topic first came up when her kids were in sixth grade and had sex ed at school. "In sixth grade they had the craziest sex ed talk. It was incredible. Full on everything. They learned everything," the "Iron Man" actress shared about her kids, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. "I will never forget Apple's face when she came home. She told them everything. When I say everything, I mean everything."

Of Moses, Gwyneth divulged, "He's at an age where we're extremely close, but he's also differentiating." She continued, "He doesn't want me to show him a bra strap let alone ask him a question about a girl... I'm like, 'I'm here if you ever want to talk.' "
