After performing a waltz to 'Someday My Prince Will Come' in the latest episode of the competition show, the professional dancer and her partner face criticism for showcasing PDA too much.

AceShowbiz - Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green are facing criticism for their performance on "Dancing With the Stars". The stars, who are competing in season 30 together, got slammed by the judges for showing PDA too much while dancing.

In the Monday, October 11 episode of the long-running competition show, the 36-year-old pro dancer performed a dance inspired by "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" with her partner. The couple was challenged to dance a waltz to "Someday My Prince Will Come" and portray Snow White and her prince. From their performance, they scored 25 out of 40 possible points, putting them at the bottom of the leaderboard.

Despite the fairy tale vibe the performance called for, judge Len Goodman made it clear that he wasn't a fan of the "kissing and cuddling and messing about" during their dancing. The 77-year-old judge stated, "I wanted to see a much more traditional waltz." Fellow judge Bruno Tonioli agreed, saying, "Sometimes too much sweetness gives you a toothache."

Many fans took to Twitter during the live show to share their thoughts on the harsh feedback. "They picked the song choice and dance style for Brian and Sharna and then criticized them for it being a romantic dance. SMH," one fan defended Sharna and Brian. "Plus, if you watched Sharna's IG stories, Brian has neurological issues that make it difficult for him to learn choreo … learning two dances is especially hard for him."

"This was the right week for all the love," a second user tweeted. Meanwhile, another shared, "I feel like [Sharna's] choreo has been lacking this season compared to other seasons. I'd love to see her come out with more for Brian to do during dances, more content."

This wasn't the first time Sharna was criticized for showing PDA on "DWTS". Earlier this month, the professional dancer fired back at critics who claimed that she and Brian "kiss too much." Taking to her Instagram account, she wrote, "For those that say we kiss too much, here's a full [a**] grab instead. But for real though, we kissed once in the first show that's it."

The Australia native went on to deny accusations that the couple was playing up their relationship for the cameras. "This isn't a showmance, this is real life love and it's a part of our journey," she stressed. "Every step. Every struggle. Every success. And anyone that thinks it's an advantage I can assure you, it's not. ITS SUPER HARD!"
