The 'Maleficent' actress asks a judge to allow her to offload her share in the French property to a third party after attempts to sell it to her ex-husband failed.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have found something else to fight over as the actress attempts to sell the former couple's Miraval Chateau winery in France.

The pair has been fighting over child custody and other issues ever since Jolie filed for divorce in September, 2016, and now she's hoping to drag Pitt to court over the sale of their Nouvel, LLC wine company.

She claims her attempts to sell off her half of the property and business to Brad were unsuccessful, and now she wants to sell it to a third party.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Angelina explains she is not allowed to enter into an agreement to sell marital assets without her ex-husband's consent.

Jolie and Pitt bought the estate in 2011 before they were married, staged their nuptials in a chapel on the grounds, and still own equal shares of the property and its wine business.

Angelina has reportedly "exchanged many proposals" for a sale to Brad over the past two years, but they have been unable to strike a deal, and now her lawyers are asking lawmakers in California to allow her to offload her share in the French company.

"After all these years of trying to extricate herself from being business partners with her ex-husband on acceptable financial terms, Ms. Jolie is extremely desirous of closing the pending agreement for the sale of (her half of the estate)," the filing reads.

Her emergency request to sell Miraval Chateau has already been denied, and now a trial is pending if the former couple cannot agree on a way to end the winery stalemate.
