The 'Back in Blood' spitter, who has been in jail after his bonds got revoked, reportedly will not be released until a detention hearing on Tuesday, July 6.

AceShowbiz - Pooh Shiesty's legal trouble has become more serious. The "Back in Blood" rapper, who allegedly shot two people in Florida several months prior, has been indicted by federal agents with the help of his Instagram posts.

The 21-year-old was slapped with three federal charges on June 25. According to court documents obtained by XXL Magazine, they included Conspiracy to Possess Firearms in Furtherance of Violent Crime, Hobbs Act Robbery Conspiracy and Discharging a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime of Violence.

Shiesty faces up to 20 years in prison each for the first two charges. Meanwhile, he faces a maximum life sentence for the charge of Discharging a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime of Violence.

This stemmed from an incident that took place in October 2020 in which he, along with friends Bobby Brown and Jayden Darosa, allegedly participated in a robbery. At that time, they reportedly arranged a meeting in the parking lot of the Landon Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida to buy marijuana and "high-end athletic sneakers."

A video circulated online in January showed Shiesty driving a bright green McLaren sports car with Brown while Darosa driving a separate black Mercedes Maybach to the meeting spot. However, things took a turn as the MC shot one of the victims in the butt while Brown shot the other in the hip. They then left the scene without paying for the items.

During the investigation, federal agents were allegedly aided by Shiesty's Instagram photo in which he showed off "several long rifles and a plethora of $100.00 bills." According to the affidavit, one of the bills with a serial number of "L873066478J" in the picture matched with one of the bills found inside a Louis Vuitton bag that fell out of the green McLaren before he left the scene.

Investigators also discovered some tagged images on Shiesty's Instagram page which saw the spitter posing with a green McLaren. It was the same car he was driving on the day of the incident.

Shiesty, who has been involved in another Miami shooting, turned himself into police for his 2020 crime but later released on $30,000 bond. However, his bonds got revoked and he will not be released until a detention hearing on July 6.
