AceShowbiz - David Beckham is all for Victoria Adams and her latest charitable effort. In a new social media post, the former soccer player showed sweet support to his wife as she teamed up with her former girl band Spice Girls to launch a charity for homeless LGBTQ+ youths while celebrating Pride Month.

On Wednesday, June 9, the retired athlete took to his Instagram page to share a selfie of himself smiling in front of a white T-shirt with "proud and wannabe your lover" printed on it. In the caption, the 46-year-old quoted Spice Girls' "Wannabe" lyrics, writing, "If you wannabe my lover… YEP @victoriabeckham." He closed his caption with, "Happy #PrideMonth," including three rainbow emojis which refer to the LGBTQ community.

David's post came a few hours after Victoria announced that she had joined forces with Spice Girls to launch a limited edition of Pride T-Shirt. Taking to her Instagram feeds, the mother of four shared some snaps of her former bandmates Geri Horner, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Melanie Brown. In the caption, she penned, "PROUD AND WANNABE YOUR LOVER. Happy #PrideMonth from me and the @spicegirls!"

"I'm so excited to share this year's Pride T-shirt with you! For the third year in a row we've partnered with the wonderful @aktcharity, this year with a special Wannabe T-shirt," the 47-year-old continued. She also stated, "Pride to me is a celebration of being completely yourself and this year's T-shirt is a reminder of that. The Spice Girls really championed accepting yourself and others, being kind, having fun and just living your best life!"

Victoria wrote, "The LGBTQ+ community is so close to my heart and I'm so proud to be supporting Pride 2021 with the girls and akt again this year." She then explained that "100% of the proceeds go to akt, to continue funding the amazing work they do to combat LGBQT+ youth homelessness in the UK."

In a separate post, the former singer also claimed that she's "obsessed" with the #Pride2021 T-shirt. When asking her fans and followers to show some support, she added, "I can't wait to see you wearing yours, please tag me in your pictures! x VB."
