The 'Blueberry Faygo' rapper has been banned from coming near his alleged sexual assault victim while waiting for trial as he is facing life in jail if convicted.

AceShowbiz - Lil Mosey has been ordered to stay away his alleged sexual assault victim after being charged with second-degree rape.

According to legal documents obtained by website TMZ, the "Blueberry Faygo" rapper has been served with a sexual assault pre-trial protection order.

The order, issued in Lewis County, Washington, bars Mosey, real name Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, from contacting the alleged victim via any means and requires him to stay at least 500 feet away from her at all times while he awaits trial.

According to the documents, he is also prohibited from obtaining or possessing a firearm, other dangerous weapons or a concealed pistol license and must surrender any firearms to the Sheriff's Office. And while his trial is pending, the court has ordered him to avoid alcohol and illegal drugs.

The 19-year-old was charged with second-degree rape following a reported encounter with a woman in January (21).

The alleged victim recalled, in an affidavit obtained by TMZ, heading to a cabin with a girlfriend to visit Mosey, where she consented to having sex with the rapper in a vehicle.

However, she claims she later blacked out in the cabin and woke up to find Mosey forcing himself on her, and she alleges she was further assaulted by one of the rapper's associates. Bruising to her arm, neck, and knee, prompted prosecutors to file the rape charge against Mosey.

He is now facing the possibility of life behind bars if convicted of the crime.

Mosey first rose to fame in 2017 with the single "Pull Up". He went on to score a hit with "Noticed" in 2018 and earned his highest-charting song on America's Billboard Hot 100 with "Blueberry Faygo" last year (20) when it peaked at number eight.
