The decision is made following the popular blogger's tirade during his Twitch stream on Tuesday, June 30, in which he dissed John Legend and Chrissy Teigen among others.

AceShowbiz - When unfortunate things happen to DJ Akademiks, his enemy Meek Mill unsurprisingly will be the first one to ridicule the blogger. That was exactly what Meek did when he first found out that Ak was banned from Twitch following recent tirade.

On Thursday, July 2, Meek responded to the news. Quoting a tweet that read, "DJ Akademiks has been suspended by Complex for harsh comments. One more thing, Twitch has banned him from live streaming," the "All Eyes on You" spitter wrote, "And banned from the trenches."

Ak apparently caught wind of the diss and quickly fired back at the rapper, with whom he has been feuding. "U swear n***as tryna be in the trenches.. we online...," Ak wrote back to Meek.

According to StreamerBans on Twitter, Akademiks has been suspended from Twitch until further notice. It is said that the decision was made after he went on tirade, taking aim at numerous big names including Freddie Gibbs, Ben Baller, Drake, Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend. During his Twitch stream on Tuesday, June 30, Ak dissed John over his new album's "Bigger Love" first-week sales that Ak labelled poor. He slammed Chrissy, saying, "His b***h be talking mad s**t online. What's... I dislike this b***h so much, I can't even lie to you."

Following the ban from Complex, Ak issued a public apology. "I definitely wanna start off by kind of like apologizing for some of the stuff that's been going on outside the show," he said in a video. "In particular, you know, while I'm defending myself, versus rappers... I think I definitely went over the line when I was addressing a few women. I just felt, that just wasn't right. After thinking about it, even seeing the clip, it's nasty."

"Truth be told, given everything that's going on not only the world, given what's going on with the current climate at Complex and also former employees and current employees, also working with Nadeska, someone I have a lot of love for, I just felt it was completely out of pocket and something that I had to admit that yo, you can't be a hypocrite saying you're going to be an ally," he added.

Revealing that he "spoke to Complex leadership about it," Ak continued, "With that being said, I think we have to have some type of action." Ak said he would be taking "the next two episodes off" on Complex.
