AceShowbiz - Kanye West might be a boss from hell, but he has been acknowledged as a hard worker by his former bodyguard. When appearing as a guest on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn, celebrity bodyguard Steve Stanulis got real about his experience working for the "Follow God" rapper.

In the tell-all interview, the former NYPD officer called the husband of Kim Kardashian "one of my least favorite people to work with over the course of time." He also dubbed the "Stronger" rapper the "neediest, moodiest and worst tipper." Nonetheless, he did admit that his former boss was the hardest worker he has ever come across.

Despite the short praise, there was nothing flattering about Stanulis' recollection over his first day working for Kanye. "The first day I met him…it was Fashion Week," he recalled. "I was supposed to meet him at the studio. When he gets there, we get into the elevator and he says, 'Aren't you going to push what floor we are going to?' "

"I was like, 'I have no idea what floor, it's my first day.' So he starts ranting, 'So you mean you didn't call ahead to find out where I'm supposed to be going?' I said no," the bodyguard, who had worked for the likes of Woody Harrelson and Alanis Morissette, continued his story. "So he's ranting and raving."

"So I said, 'Look, bro, we can do this one of three ways. One, you could tell me what button to press, and now I'll know. Two, you could press the button, and I'll see which one you press so I'll know. Or three, you can sit in here all day and tell me how important your time is and we are not going to go anywhere.' Again, that was our first interaction," he stressed, before noting Kanye "went for the first option."

During the chat, Steve also spilled on Kanye's "ridiculous rules." Among those, he revealed that the father of four "wanted you to stay 10 paces behind him on a city street. So obviously if someone is going to come up and do something, by the time I try to run up and prevent it, it would have already happened."

Elsewhere in the interview, Steve recounted the time Kanye caused a stand-off between him and the security team of an Italian dignitary. Claiming that the incident took place at the Waldorf, he claimed, "We were coming home late from the studio and [Kanye] was a little intoxicated. He couldn't find his room."

Due to his state, Kanye got into the wrong room which happened to be where the dignitary was staying. As a result, Steve recalled that the dignitary's "bodyguards, private security stand up. They didn't know who [Kanye] was. There was a language barrier. It was like a Mexican standoff."
