Bringing up their feud over the 'Unforgettable' rapper's car which he bought a few months ago, the 'Power' star seems to suggest that his foe is screwed after he's slapped with the rape lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - 50 Cent isn't a bit sympathetic after French Montana is accused of drugging and raping a woman. Weighing on the serious legal issue currently faced by his foe, the "In da Club" hitmaker got petty in his Instagram post uploaded on Friday, March 27.
Fif shared a screenshot of a news article about the allegations levelled at French and brought up their fued, which stemmed from his comment about a car the "Choppa Choppa Down" spitter bought a few months ago. "Damn first the 08 now this #abcforlife #starzgettheapp," he wrote in the caption, seemingly suggesting that the Morocco-born star is in a big trouble.
The post, however, has since been deleted from Fif's Instagram account.
French, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, is accused of sexual battery by a woman, who is using the pseudonym Jane Doe. In the lawsuit, the woman names the 35-year-old rapper, his employee and Coke Boy Records as defendants over the alleged rape incident that took place at his home on March 28, 2018.
The woman claims she was invited to French's home and was told to take a shot by defendants, which left her completely blacked out. She remembers being incapacitated and "several men coming in and out of the bedroom." She believes French "was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her." When she regained consciousness around 1:30 P.M., she found French's employee "spooning" her.
She woke up confused, intoxicated and "felt a pain in her pelvis, lower back and vagina." After leaving French's house, the woman went to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center and had a rape kit administered, which showed the presence of semen. She also reported the alleged rape to police.
Jane accuses the defendants of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. She is seeking damages for "extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression," claiming that the incident has stalled her career as a model which she just started pursuing.
She additionally says French "had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden hills house." She claims they would supply women with drinks and drugs, "with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent."
French remains mum on the lawsuit.
