AceShowbiz - "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karlie Redd had a rather bleak weekend. According to reports, the TV star was brutally beaten by her "LHH: Atlanta" co-stars to the point she had to be treated in a hospital intensive care unit.

MTO News stated that the violent night took place a week ago when Karlie was at an Atlanta nightclub. The VH1 personality was allegedly attacked by her rivals from the show, prompting her to sustain several injuries. She was then rushed to the intensive care unit of a hospital in the city.

Regarding the culprits, everyone, including the police who are investigating the case, was staying mum. However, the site claimed that at least one of the attackers had appeared on the VH1 reality TV series.

Thankfully, Karlie has since been released from the hospital and is currently recovering from her injuries. The reports added that the star was forced to stop filming "LHH: Atlanta", pending the police investigation.

In last season 8 of the show, Karlie was often seen having a heated argument with Pooh Hicks. The latter claimed that she and Karlie once had a threesome with Pooh's husband Hiriam Hicks. She also accused Karlie of dirtying her bed sheet with her poop during an anal intercouse. Karlie, however, vehemently denied the allegations.

Meanwhile, upcoming season 9 of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" will see Joseline Hernandez making her return. This year is seemingly a busy year for the "Puerto Rican Princess" as "LHH: Atlanta" is only one of her shows she will be promoting and filming this season after Zeus' "Joseline Cabaret" and "Love & Hip Hop: Miami".

She previously left the franchise after beefing with creator Mona Scott-Young. "I'm about to tell you about this damn Mona and how she treated her cast members and everything she has done to us. Over the years muthaf ** king," she said back in 2017.
