AceShowbiz - Rihanna attended an event with rumored new man A$AP Rocky. They were seen at Yams Day 2020 at Barclays Center on January 17 in New York City to remember and celebrate his late A$AP Mob member Steven "A$AP Yams" Rodriguez.
While Rocky took the stage to perform, Riri was standing among the concertgoers to support him. Her former boyfriend Drake was spotted among the crowd as well. They were standing near each other while watching the hip-hop tribute concert.
Other performers included Lil Yachty, 2 Chainz, Bun B, Jim Jones, and Tyler, the Creator. Besides paying tribute to Yams, the hip-hop community paid homage to fallen stars like Mac Miller, XXXTentacion, Nipsey Hussle, and Juice WRLD.
Riri and Rocky hung out with Rocky backstage at the event and she also posed with Yams' mother. The R&B singer rocked a pearl necklace similar to the one usually seen around the rapper's neck.
Meanwhile, Rocky received a bespoke A$AP Yams iced-out pendant from Drake ahead of the concert. Made of 600 grams of gold and 15 carats of flawless diamonds, it took more than three months to manufacture and detailed Yams' face and signature style including his braids, facial birthmark, cheek tattoo, and Coogi sweater.
Rihanna was rumored to split from Hassan Jameel and rebound with A$AP Rocky after they posed together on the red carpet at British Fashion Awards at London's Royal Albert Hall in December. She rocked cornrows, matching his signature hairstyle.
She was later seen supporting the A$AP Mob member at his concert at the Ericsson Globe in Sweden and they reportedly had romantic dinner date in London later in the same month.
