Celebrities may make bouncing back look easy, but the truth is they are struggling and willing to go great lengths to get their pre-baby bods back.

Some of them are opting for going vegan and giving up things they like in order to lose weight. Meanwhile, some others are getting help from their own kids to get rid of fat.

Even Beyonce Knowles had to put so much effort in bouncing back. Speaking to Vogue, the "Lemonade" hitmaker revealed that she weighed 218 pounds the day after she delivered twins Rumi and Sir in June 2017. She told the magazine that she was feeling the pressure to get back in shape, "I put pressure on myself to lose all the baby weight in three months, and scheduled a small tour to assure I would do it."

The wife of Jay-Z went on revealing that she opted to become vegan. "I became vegan temporarily, gave up coffee, alcohol, and all fruit drinks," she said, adding, "But I was patient with myself and enjoyed my fuller curves. My kids and husband did, too."

Stacy Ferguson (Fergie) had her own way in losing some weight after giving birth to son Axl back in August 2013. The Black Eyed Peas alum previously revealed that she did it in the most fun way so that she wouldn't be too stressed.

"I'm mixing it up. I'm doing hikes. I'm doing yoga mixed with belly dancing," she said to ABC News in January 2014. "It's just a fun, different thing. I did it while I was pregnant. I really enjoyed it so I've kept it through."

"I wore a double corset day and night for three months," the actress said, adding that "it was brutal" and "not for everyone." She went on saying, "It was sweaty, but worth it." Jessica accompanied the corset strategy with exercising and eating a very healthy diet as well as drinking a lot of water until she reached her goal weight.

Alessandra Ambrosio admitted that she was stressed to get back in shape. The former Victoria's Secret Angel said that she was on an extreme diet following the birth of daughter Anja, whom she shares with ex Jamie Mazur.

"After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told ELLE. She added, "It is so stressful…there's so much pressure on us all--not just in terms of shape--and the energy gets sucked out of you, so my favorite thing to do afterwards is dance all night long."

Kristin Cavallari was one of the celebrities who tried many things in order to lose some weight after giving birth. Talking to Us Weekly, "The Hills" alum said she was "working out when she was 4-weeks-old" after welcoming baby Camden with fiance Jay Cutler back in August 2012.

In addition to working out, Kristin shared that breastfeeding helped her a lot. "Breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day, so that's been very helpful," she said. Kristin also hit the gym to jog, though she was only "taking it easy and not killing myself. I haven't really been stressing about it either. I think that helps."

"I started going to the gym after six weeks post-birth, and it probably took me five to six months to see any results. I was going with a trainer, and I'm like, 'Dude, I'm not losing any weight, nothing's happening. I'm working my butt off, and I don't see any results,' " she revealed to Us Weekly.

However, Snooki admitted that losing weight was "going to take a while to see results." Sharing her experience, the MTV star added, "You're losing weight but also gaining muscle. So you're kind of staying in the same weight, but once you have the muscle, then the fat drops off and that's when you see the big results."

Pink welcomed daughter Willow in 2011. While it was one of the most magical moments in her life, the pop singer admitted to PEOPLE in 2012 that getting back to the gym post-delivery wasn't easy.

"It was slow because I literally couldn't even do a sit-up," she told the site. "I'd had to have an emergency C-section so I was numb. And exhausted. I was really afraid because my whole life is based on abs and core."
