AceShowbiz - Kristin Cavallari was one of the celebrities who tried many things in order to lose some weight after giving birth. Talking to Us Weekly, "The Hills" alum said she was "working out when she was 4-weeks-old" after welcoming baby Camden with fiance Jay Cutler back in August 2012.

In addition to working out, Kristin shared that breastfeeding helped her a lot. "Breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day, so that's been very helpful," she said. Kristin also hit the gym to jog, though she was only "taking it easy and not killing myself. I haven't really been stressing about it either. I think that helps."
