Taking to Instagram Stories, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star shows off the late King of Pop's fedora hat that still has remnants of the face makeup he wore.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is spoiling her children a lot for Christmas, even if it means she has to be slammed by a lot of people. Following backlash that she received for buying her daughter North a jacket worn by Michael Jackson, the makeup mogul revealed that the 6-year-old girl also got the late King of Pop's fedora hat.
The accessory was the one that MJ rocked in the 1988 music video for "Smooth Criminal", and it even still has remnants of the face makeup he wore on the brim and inside. In another photo, MJ's name was written in the inside brim of the fedora. "Along with the jacket, North also got Michael's Smooth Criminal hat. It still has his makeup on it," Kim wrote alongside the post.
People were not having it this time too, once again reminding the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star that the hat should belong to a museum and not in the possession of a little girl. "This needs to be in a museum or something. North is too young to even appreciate the mastery, music, life & legend that Michael is," one wrote. "This couldn't have been given to his ACTUAL kids or in a music museum??? All this girl wanted was a Barbie," another echoed.
Someone else pointed out, "To give such valuable items to a child who doesn't even fully understand the concept of value and art and history is an insult to the artist," while an individual said, "I really don't understand why a child should get this important part of history to use as a toy and play dress up with."
Kim received similar criticism when she showed off the jacket that MJ wore to Elizabeth Taylor's 65th birthday party and a Cannes Film Festival screening for his movie "Ghost" and said that she and Kanye West bought it as North's Christmas present. However, neither of them has responded to the backlash.
