AceShowbiz - Tekashi69 a.k.a 6ix9ine could be facing additional jail time. The incarcerated rapper is reportedly under investigation by Brooklyn prosecutors for rape and assault charges. According to MTO News, his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Sara Molina has contacted the Brooklyn District Attorneys sex crimes unit to bring up the claims against her former boyfriend.

Previously, Sara has publicly accused the 23-year artist of physical and sexual abuse on her. She told The Daily Beast in February of this year that the star, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, "started beating me for two hours straight" during a trip to Dubai. "He punches me out of nowhere," she said at the time. "I was leaking blood. There was blood on the hotel pillow cases. He got scared."

Sara said 6ix9ine was jealous of his then-manager Kifano 'Shotti' Jordan, who was rumored having a romantic relationship with Sara. "He started beating me for two hours straight," she recalled, adding that he had the "crazy look" in his eyes after she threatened to leave. "I had never seen him like that. He punched me so hard in my right ear I thought I was deaf."

Sara claimed the New York City native also kicked her, choked her and pressed a pillow against her face, admitted that he'd slept with "more than 70 other women in the past year, resulting in multiple pregnancies," and "had acquired multiple STDs." She said that after the beatings, he forced her to have sex with him. Sara shared photos of her bruised and swollen face allegedly taken after the violent dispute.

6ix9ine is sentenced to 24 months in prison, a significant reduce from the initial 47-year jail time that he faced for his involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang, for cooperating with the feds during the investigations. With the time served for the last 13 months being counted, he is expected to be released in 2020.

He, however, may face up to 15 additional years behind bars if he's charged for rape and assault.
