A source tells Radar Online that Cindy and Rande "treat Kaia like an adult. They have always treated her more like an adult than a child."

The informant also suggested that the parents put a lot of trust in her to the point they were confident enough to "let Kaia make her own decisions," including having a romantic relationship with the 26-year-old "Saturday Night Live" star. The insider went on saying, "They have always treated her like a grownup. She's mature and that is how they treat her."

Of Kaia attending "SNL" after-party with Pete and didn't get back home until 4 in the morning, the source said, "Kaia lives a very Hollywood lifestyle, she always has. And her parents trust her."
