When talking about his memory of working together with the 'Only One' rapper in 2014, the former Beatles member spills that his collaborator was obviously still in a 'honeymoon phase' with his wife.

AceShowbiz - Paul McCartney has revealed Kanye West was totally infatuated with his wife when the pair worked together back in 2014.
The rapper wed the reality TV star the same year he collaborated with The Beatles musician on their track "Only One", and McCartney told Billboard the newlyweds were definitely still in the honeymoon phase when they hit the recording studio.
"I showed up with a guitar and my roadie, and we had a keyboard and a bass," the "Hey Jude" said. "I was sitting around, strumming the guitar — that's normally how I start a song — and Kanye was looking at his iPad, basically scrolling through images of Kim."
Kim Kardashian and Kanye began dating in 2012 and wed two years later. The superstar couple welcomed their fourth child, a son named Psalm, via a surrogate in May (2019), with the tot joining big brother Saint, three, and sisters North, six, and Chicago, who will turn two in January.
Opening up about their track, which features a young North in its accompanying music video, the "Fab Four" star recalled how the tune came to be.
"At one point I told him how 'Let It Be' came from a dream about my mother, who had died years before, where she said, 'Don't worry, just let it be,'" Paul recalled. "He said, 'I'm going to write a song about my mother,' so I sat down at this little Wurlitzer keyboard and started playing some chords, and he started singing."
"I thought, 'Oh, are we going to finish this?' but that was that. And it became 'Only One'."
