The 'Roll In Peace' rapper's team claims his coffee was spiked with a chemical substance before the brawl broke out in late October that sent one prison guard to the hospital.

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black's team maintains he was a victim in the prison fight that broke out last month. Sources close the "Zeze" rapper claim that the brawl was a setup because someone slipped something in his drink to make him lose control before the fight.

According to TMZ, surveillance video shows the 22-year-old drinking a cup of coffee about 20 minutes before the fight. His reps believe that his coffee was spiked with a chemical substance that set him off.

An agent from the FBI reportedly testified on Wednesday, November 13 that Kodak appeared to be under the influence during the brawl. His reps say they can't point their finger to who drugged the "Tunnel Vision" hitmaker, but they have their suspicions.

Kodak got into a fight with another inmate on October 29. A corrections officer sprayed him with mace to break the fight and sources say it took several prison guards to restrain Kodak, who displayed incredible strength after allegedly being drugged.

Bureau of Prisons spokesperson Emery Nelson says a guard was physically assaulted during the fight. Kodak allegedly retaliated after he was pepper sprayed by the guard, punching him two times and gripping his testicles "to the point where his abdomen and intestinal wall were breached." The unnamed officer was hospitalized after the incident. He has a hernia and requires surgery for his injuries.

Kodak's team thinks it's suspicious that the other inmate in the fight was placed in the rapper's prison pod earlier in the day, and was released on bond about 12 hours after the brawl. They also think it's fishy that the brawl took place two weeks before his sentencing. They claim Kodak never got in trouble during his previous prison time.

On Wednesday, Kodak was sentenced to 46 months in prison after pleading guilty to falsifying information on federal forms to purchase three firearms in Miami, Florida. During the sentencing, Judge Federico Moreno scolded him for getting into trouble since he was young. "Young people do stupid things. But the problem is that you've been doing stupid things since you were 15," the judge said.

The Florida-born star took to Instagram after he received his sentence, telling his fans to "Hold It Down While I'm On Lock," adding, "Calling Shots From The Box #Literally."
