After the rapper expresses his disgust over the craze which is going on for the favorite menu, people are quick to remind him of the chaos that surrounded his failed Fyre Festival in 2017.

AceShowbiz - Ja Rule recently fell victim to Internet roasting session. The former Murder Inc. rapper took to his Twitter account on Tuesday, November 5 to criticize black people who clamored to get a bite of the Popeyes chicken sandwich.

On the blue bird app, Ja expressed his disgust over the craze. He wrote, "Smh so f***ing embarrassing... idgaf if nobody wanna say it YALL ARE F***ING BUGGING it's a chicken sandwich...," as he quote-retweeted an article which headline read, "Man Stabbed to Death in Maryland Popeyes Over Chicken Sandwich."

"Y'all really out here acting like n****s over a f***ing chicken sandwich... smh... now I'm never gonna eat one on principles alone!!!" he tweeted in another post. "F***ing idiots y'all are what's wrong with our people... I'm so disappointed in my ppl we better than this....."

His followers then didn't hesitate to remind him of the chaos that surrounded his failed Fyre Festival in 2017. "So acting like 'n****s' over a sandwich is wrong but scamming kids out of their money over a fake ASAP Rocky performance on a fake private island is a slight misstep? Chill, Jeffrey," one user slammed Ja. "You should not be bringing up sandwiches Fyre Fraud Festival King," another one added.

One other fan, meanwhile, posted the infamous photo of a meager cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich in a styrofoam container which was served for the attendees of the Fyre Festival. "These are the sandwiches Ja Rule prefers," the person said.

"you could did better than fyre festival so we even," another fan replied to Ja's post. The comment apparently didn't go unnoticed by him as he responded, "We are FAR from even... trying to start a viable business that failed vs. coonig over a chicken sandwich... We are NOT the same...."
