The husband of the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star also opens up about his time in ICE custody as he calls it a 'terrible' experience, adding, 'I don't wish that on anybody.'

AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are addressing the rumors surrounding their marriage amid Joe's deportation drama. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars sat down for an interview with Andy Cohen for a special titled "Joe and Teresa Unlocked" which aired on Sunday, October 27 on Bravo.
When asked if they would still stay together even if Joe is being deported to his native Italy, Joe said, "If we stay together, we stay together, if we don't, we don't. You know, it's a conversation that... you know, we'll see." During the special event, it was also revealed that Teresa was set to visit Joe in Italy in the coming weeks with the couple's four daughters.
The Bravo personality admitted to being "nervous" to meet his husband who just completed his prison stint for fraud. "I haven't seen Joe in three years and seven months, it's going to be even longer, three years and eight months. I've definitely changed, and I'm sure he has, too," Teresa opened up.
Teresa was hit with cheating rumors earlier this year after she was pictured holding hands with a younger man. Despite that, Joe noted that he would "always love" his wife of 20 years "no matter what happens." He went on saying, "As long as she's happy, all that's really matters. I'm not going to tell her what to [do]."
Teresa also echoed the sentiment, saying, "I want the best for him, I want him to be successful." Referring to their four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana, the 47-year-old TV star added, "We have to take care of our daughters."
Joe also opened up about his time in ICE custody. Calling it a "terrible" experience, he shared, "I don't wish that on anybody. Five months, I was locked down in a room and this room was small. It was eight people in this cell. For five months I was in there and I was going bonkers in there."
Joe was held by ICE at the Clinton County Correctional Center in Lock Haven, Pa. since his release from federal prison in March 2019. Joe started his sentence in March 2016 after pleading guilty to fraud charges in 2014.
