AceShowbiz - The next season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" will seemingly feature a major cast shakeup. According to a new report, two popular cast members are set to depart from the show in the upcoming season 15.
A source spills to Deuxmoi that Teresa Giudice, one of the original cast members of the Bravo series, and Jennifer Aydin will not be returning for the new season. Teresa's decision to leave the show, however, may not be entirely surprising given her feud with fellow cast member and sister-in-law Melissa Georga.
As for Jennifer, she's known for being outspoken throughout her stint on the reality TV show. The star has also become a fan favorite in recent seasons, so fans may find her departure disappointing news.
However, Teresa is allegedly not planning to leave the small screen that soon. It's rumored that Bravo is working on a potential spin-off starring her and her eldest daughter Gia Giudice, who has been making several appearances in season 14.
That aside, Andy Cohen gave a rather cold response when asked about reboot rumors and who will be returning for season 15. During an interview with Us Weekly, the Bravo executive producer said, "You're not gonna get it for, like, a year, so everyone stop asking. And I keep saying you are going to get nothing, so stop asking."
Last month, Andy said on his SiriusXM radio show that the network is in "no rush" when it comes to "RHONJ", which is currently on hiatus. Meanwhile, cast member Dolores Catania claimed that she's pessimistic when it comes to the future of "RHONJ".
She said in an interview, "I'm a realistic pessimist, so I'm just being very Italian and being like, 'Ah, it's over. It's done.' But I say that every year. I, every year, thought I was never coming back. That's just me being, if you want to say humble, if that's how you want to call it. Or not taking it for granted."
Season 14 of the show starred Teresa, Melissa, Dolores, Jennifer, Margaret Josephs, Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabrael. They were joined by friends Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler.
