AceShowbiz - Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter has been hospitalised after fracturing his pelvis in a fall at his Georgia home on Monday night (October 21).
It's the second time the 95-year-old has fallen at his home in Plains this month, but the injury has been described as a "minor pelvic fracture" by a spokeswoman for the 39th U.S. President.
He is reportedly in "good spirits" at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center, according to a statement.
A statement was released following the accident.
Carter also fell on October 6, just days after celebrating his 95th birthday. The cancer survivor underwent a hip replacement in May.
