The 58-year-old actress best known for her role as Amanda Woodward on classic series 'Melrose Place' has checked out of rehab after completing two months of therapy.

AceShowbiz - Heather Locklear has completed rehab.
Court documents filed in Ventura County, California and obtained by Entertainment Tonight make it clear Locklear must remain on probation and continue to seek therapy through out-patient programmes as part of her plea agreement.
Locklear checked herself into a treatment facility on August 19, days after she pleaded no contest to eight misdemeanour offences related to two run-ins with cops and emergency responders last year.
She was found guilty and ordered to enroll in a residential treatment programme as part of her sentence.
