The 'Sorry' hitmaker announces to his 119 million followers in an Instagram Live broadcast when he's going to release his much-awaited fifth studio installment.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber has let slip he's planning to release a new album at the end of 2019.

Earlier this year, the star announced on social media he was taking a break from music but teased he'd "come (back) with a kick a** album ASAP."

Since then, Justin has dropped a string of singles - including the chart-topping Ed Sheeran collaboration "I Don't Care" - and recently enjoyed a second wedding to wife Hailey Baldwin, all while secretly working on new music in the studio.

In an Instagram Live broadcast on Monday, October 7, the "Sorry" singer thrilled fans when he announced he was dropping new music soon, telling his 119 million followers as he rode his Segway round the house: "I'm putting out an album this year."

When Hailey chimed in, "This year meaning before 2020? I thought you already were doing it this year?" he insisted: "Album coming out this year... legit though, like this year."

Later that evening, the star teased fans on Twitter that he'd been busy working once again, writing: "Finished something very special in the studio tonight."

The star's return comes after he and Hailey celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a second ceremony for family and friends in South Carolina, following their 2018 New York courthouse wedding on September 30.

Sharing a snap of the couple from the big day, he wrote in the caption: "Looking forward to forever with you @haileybieber."
