The 'Black Widow' rapper claims her jab at Lizzo is done all 'in good fun' after the latter appears to shade Iggy by snubbing the Australian femcee as the lead artist of 'Fancy'.

AceShowbiz - Iggy Azalea refused to ignite a feud with Lizzo after throwing what sounded like a jab at the fellow rapper. The Australian rapper was believed to hit back after the Detroit-born star appeared to shade Iggy by snubbing her as the lead artist of "Fancy".

On Monday, September 30, Lizzo tweeted to promote her song "Truth Hurts", which is currently in its fifth week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The 31-year-old urged her fans to stream the track in order to break the record for the longest-running No. 1 by a female rapper, which is currently held by Iggy's "Fancy" featuring Charli XCX (7 weeks).

"YALL... IF WE KEEP THIS UP FOR 2 MORE WEEKS... TRUTH HURTS COULD BE THE LONGEST FEMALE RAP #1 OF ALL TIME..... RIGHT NOW ITS 'FANCY' CAN WE DO IT?!" Lizzo asked her 1.1 million followers.

She then followed it up with a tweet praising "Fancy", but she failed to mention Iggy as one of the song's performers. "*Fancy is a BOP and my homie @charli_xcx is genius on it (STREAM CHARLI- HER NEW ALBUM NOW)," she tweeted, giving a shout-out to her pal Charli.

Iggy seemed to have fun with people's wild speculation about a feud between her and Lizzo as she tweeted again, "Locals thought I was mad at pepper pig too so there's that. I don't think I can stop trolling tho. This is my main source of entertainment."

As people still couldn't get her joke, the "Black Widow" hitmaker set things straight that there's no beef between her and Lizzo. "I logged on & saw everyone trying to make a legit negative me vs. Lizzo beef just cuz she shouted out her friend who is on that song," she wrote. "All I did was try to turn the internets paranoia and drama into a laugh and a bit of harmless fun. That's it. Can you blame me?"

She stressed in another post, "Lmao nah.... listen I'm down to be petty in the name of a laugh or two but in all seriousness I'm just trolling and laughing at all the funny replies. I promise it's not serious; at least not for me."
