Having been a TV staple thanks to her long-running working relationship with Ryan Murphy, the Oscar-winning actress notes on what it takes to make her do other series.

AceShowbiz - Jessica Lange has hinted her role on "The Politician" may be her last ever TV performance.

The Oscar-winning actress stars as grandmother Dusty Jackson in Ryan Murphy's Netflix musical comedy series - but the star suggested it might be her last small-screen role.

"It would take something very, very different and special to jump back into (series television)," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "At this point, I'm not sure I'm not finished."

"I might have come to the end of it," she clarified, before adding a tentative, "Maybe."

Jessica has been a TV staple in recent years thanks to her long-running working relationship with Ryan. She starred in the first four seasons of FX anthology series "American Horror Story" and made a brief return last year (18) for its eighth season, "American Horror Story: Apocalypse".

Jessica also worked with the screenwriter/producer for her role as Hollywood icon Joan Crawford in "Feud: Bette and Joan", and is slated to play actress Marlene Dietrich in an upcoming Netflix project about the star.
