Besides the Miami rapper, Wendy Williams is also not pleased with Hov and NFL's decision as she believes that the Bronx diva can headline the show by herself.

AceShowbiz - Not everyone is pleased by Jay-Z and NFL's decision to enlist Jennifer Lopez and Shakira to headline the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show. Among those who aren't down with the idea is Uncle Luke as he's disappointed at the complete lack of Miami-based talent. Making sure to let the Tidal founder and the organization know his disappointment, the Miami native went on a rant on Instagram.

Over the weekend, Luke shared a video of him admitting to being "so pissed" he wanted to use "some profanity" to express his frustration. However, the fact that many of his followers are kids, he decided to hold it down. Accusing Hov and NFL of disrespecting "all the African American entertainment in Miami," he added, "We got world-class entertainment here, I done thought you had sense to get Pitbull, Flo Rida, [Rick] Ross or somebody... Trick Daddy or something."

"We don't need the NFL. Our hotels are already full, you need us. Jay-Z you gotta fix this s**t, I'm just gonna keep it 100," he continued.

Luke doubled down on his disagreement in his article posted on Miami New Times, stressing why J.Lo and Shakira aren't the good choices for the halftime show. "Neither Lopez nor Shakira is from Miami," he said. "Lopez and Shakira don't get involved in social issues that concern the community. They don't volunteer to help the needy. To me, that's a settler. This Super Bowl is supposed to be about showcasing Miami for more reasons that one."

He then claimed that Hov "is in violation of the G code," noting that the latter should have consulted with him first before making the decision. "When you go into another man's city, you are supposed to consult with him. In this case Jay-Z should've had a conversation with me before coming up with this ludicrous idea," he noted. "The NFL is disrespecting the hard work of black entertainers who have made Miami the center of the rap game."

Besides Luke, Wendy Williams also sounds off about the halftime show performers. In the latest episode of her talk show, the TV personality suggested that J.Lo should headline the event herself instead of teaming up with Shakira. "No offense to Shakira, but I think Jen could've handled this on her own. Just saying, because how long is the halftime show going to be? Jen's got a lot of hits, Shakira's got a lot of hits... I know more about Jen than I do about Shakira, although Shakira's an international superstar -- I just wish Jen's performance wasn't interrupted with."

She went on saying, "Jen can come out and then she can bring everybody Pitbull, Marc Anthony, LL Cool J, Cardi B, Ja Rule. I mean, where are we going with this? I don't know who Shakira collaborates with, [and] I don't even care."

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira are set to hit the stage at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on February 2, 2020.
