AceShowbiz - Is she okay? Courtney Love was spotted looking unkept while having lunch with her dog in New York City. The 55-year-old singer looked dazed and confused while having a croissant and a cappuccino in Soho on Monday, September 9.

Donning a white top and loose grey sweatpants, Courtney played with her phone before she noticed that her pup pooped on the floor next to her feet. In a video and photos obtained by Radar Online, the singer, whose hair was messy and had no makeup on during the outing, then took out some napkins and wrapped the poop with the napkins. Surprisingly, she placed it on her plate next to her croissant.

She then asked a waiter for a paper bag, in which she then placed the dog poop. As if nothing happened, she continued eating afterwards without cleaning her hands.

Her bizarre lunch arrives amid her personal & financial woes. Her own daughter Frances Bean Cobain, whom she shares with ex-husband Kurt Cobain, was granted a restraining order against her. Frances previously claimed that her mother "has taken drugs for as long as I can remember. She basically exists now on…Xanax, Adderall, Sonata and Abilify, sugar and cigarettes."

In addition, Courtney recently turned down a $100,000 offer to attend OxyContin heiress Joss Sackler's fashion show. Her decision was made after Purdue Pharma, who was related to Joss' husband, was accused of starting the opioid epidemic with OxyContin.

Explaining her decision, she told Page Six: "I am one of the most famous reformed junkies on the planet – my husband died on heroin – What is it about me that says to Joss Sackler, 'I will sell out to you?' Well I won't."

LBV spokesperson Elizabeth Tuke called Courtney's claims "inaccurate" and confirmed she wasn't attending the show.
