In a newly-released video, the KKW Beauty founder also reveals to Khloe, Kris Jenner and Scott Disick that in addition to feeling excited, she is anxious prior to welcoming her fourth child.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian made a big confession. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reveals in a bonus clip from last season of the series how the press really found out about her and husband Kanye West's surrogacy news following the 2018 holidays.

Talking to Kris Jenner, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian, Kim admitted that it was actually her who leaked the news of them having a surrogate for their third child, Psalm West. "I told someone at Christmas Eve," the KKW beauty said during the casual dining, referring to her and Kanye's Winter Wonderland blowout back in December.

Kim then blamed everything on alcohol, adding, "I don't remember who I told 'cause I was drunk." When Scott asked if she blew the lid off to "multiple people," Kim said that she wasn't sure but it did seem like it.

"Are you upset?" the "Flip It Like Disick" star continued. "No, 'cause I mean, it was my fault," the cosmetics mogul replied while laughing.

In the video, Kim also revealed that in addition to feel excited, she was anxious prior to welcoming her fourth child. "First I was having such an anxiety just because I'm gonna be the mom of four," she shared.

Scott, however, told her that she didn't have to worry because her mom is doing fine although she has more children. "Look at your mom! She has 19 kids and she's not stressed," he said, before Kris quickly denied by saying, "I want to kill myself."

Kim welcomed Psalm in May 2019. The baby joins his three other siblings North (6), Saint (3) and Chicago (1). A source previously said, "Kim and Kanye are really excited about the new baby! It's a bright spot right now given everything else that's going on in the family. At this point they've been working on the baby's nursery at their home and putting all that stuff together."

The insider continued, "They're also trying to think about getting a new car – with four kids, two adults and a couple nannies, they definitely need to invest in a car that suits the entire family so that's an ongoing discussion."

As for "Keeping up with the Kardashians", season 17 of the long-running series will premiere on Sunday, September 8 at 9 P.M. on E!.
