The 'Love Don't Cost a Thing' songstress remembers she was so scared that she had broken her co-star's nose after she accidentally punched the 'Crazy Rich Asians' star so hard.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu's fight scene in "Hustlers" looks so real because they did it for real. The former "American Idol" judge revealed that she almost broke her co-star's nose during the filming of the intense scene.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the "Jenny From the Block" hitmaker admitted that she caused Constance to bleed while filming the fight scene. "I knew she was a gangster when we were doing this scene," the 50-year-old singer/actress said, pointing to her co-star. "There's a scene where I tell her to hang up the phone, and she won't hang up the phone."

Recalling the moment she accidentally punched the "Crazy Rich Asians" star, J.Lo shared, "In the first take, I say to her, 'We're going to fight it out.' And she goes, 'Oh, yeah, yeah. You're good.' I was like, 'Are you sure? OK' I did it, and I was like, 'Pow!' And she started fighting more than me even. Then the phone smacks her in the nose and cuts her nose open."

Constance clarified that her nose wasn't cut, but she had a "big, big bump." Lopez noted though, "You were bleeding." The "Second Act" star admitted she was so scared because she thought she had broken the 37-year-old actress' nose. "I was so nervous, I was like, I broke her nose!' " she recalled.

Luckily, Wu wasn't injured that bad and she could continue the shooting that day. "I thought they were going to cancel the shoot date, and she was such a trouper," J.Lo continued, praising her co-star. They appeared to grow closer after the filming of the fight scene as Lopez shared, "I feel like we bonded in that moment. I had a respect for you."

Meanwhile, Cardi B, who also joined the interview along with Keke Palmer and Lili Reinhart, was surprised to learn that the fight scene was real. "So wait a minute, actresses. When y'all be acting like y'all be fighting, y'all be really fighting?" she asked, to which J.Lo explained, "There's a way to do it. But you have to do it real. But you also have to be careful. And so we were doing it real, but some people don't even like to be roughed up. They want to do it real fake."

Inspired by a 2016 New York Magazine article "The Hustlers at Scores" by Jessica Pressler, "Hustlers" follows a crew of savvy former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients. It's directed and written by Lorene Scafaria, with Will Ferrell and Adam McKay producing along with Jessica Elbaum. The crime drama film is set to arrive on September 13 in the United States.
