AceShowbiz - Priyanka Chopra has snagged a lead role in Netflix's new superhero movie "We Can Be Heroes", directed and produced by "Spy Kids" mastermind Robert Rodriguez.
The film will revolve around a group of kids who team up to save the planet after alien invaders kidnap earth's superheroes, according to Deadline.
Chopra will also portray motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary in "The Sky Is Pink", which will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada next month (September 2019). She will also produce and star in an untitled wedding comedy set in her native India, co-produced by Mindy Kaling.
