AceShowbiz - Priscilla Presley's new animated comedy series about her late ex Elvis Presley has been snapped up by bosses at Netflix.
"Agent King" imagines the singer's secret life as a spy.
The new Netflix deals falls on the 42nd anniversary of Elvis' death.
Priscilla co-created the series with John Eddie and they will executive produce the project, while style guru John Varvatos will custom design Elvis’ entire wardrobe for the series.
"From the time Elvis was a young boy he always dreamed of being the superhero fighting crime and saving the world! Agent King lets him do just that," Priscilla tells Deadline. "My co-creator, John Eddie, and I are so excited to be working with Netflix and Sony Animation on this amazing project and getting the chance to show the world an Elvis they haven’t seen before."
The announcement wraps up 'Elvis Week' - a celebration of the music icon's life and legacy.
