AceShowbiz - It appears Kaitlynn Carter is not the only one who has moved on after she and Brody Jenner decided to part ways two weeks ago. Words on the street are, the reality TV star is now seeing model Josie Canseco, who is 13 years his junior. TMZ first broke the news.

According to the publication, Brandon Thomas Lee and Frankie Delgado were the ones who introduced the rumored lovebirds at a hotel party during "The Hills: New Beginnings" cast's recent press tour in New York City. Brody and Josie apparently hit it off and have been spending more time with each other ever since their first meeting. The site additionally noted that the two weren't even shy to flaunt PDAs, including kissing and cuddling, in front of their friends.

However, a second source begged to differ. Even though they get along really well, Brody and Josie are said to be not dating just yet. "Brody has been talking to her a little bit, but they aren't dating," the informant told E! News. "They know each other and have figured out that they have a lot of friends in common in Malibu."

Still, the source didn't rule out any possibility of them dating as saying, "Of course, he finds her very attractive. They've seen each other and it could turn into something. But to say they are dating is a little bit premature."

Brody was previously linked to Kaitlynn for five years before calling it quits earlier this month. The reps for the exes said in a statement at the time, "Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter have decided to amicably separate. They love and respect one another, and know that this is the best decision for their relationship moving forward."

Following the split, Kaitlynn was spotted getting cozy with Miley Cyrus, who also just split from husband Liam Hemsworth. It remains unknown whether or not they are dating, though.
