AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus is enjoying her single life following split from Liam Hemsworth, but someone apparently didn't want her to take a breather. Brody Jenner made fun of the Disney alum after she was spotted kissing his ex Kaitlynn Carter during their trip to Italy.
Brody initially went cryptic, posting on Instagram a picture of him standing by the ocean in Malibu, California with a caption that read, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." But he later made it clear what he was referring to in the caption when his "The Hills: New Beginnings" co-star Brandon Lee commented, "Let's round this scandal out and post a pic of us making out," along with a kiss emoji.
It was clear that Brandon was talking about Miley and Kaitlynn, who were photographed getting cozy at the Il Sereno Hotel in Italy. Later, Brandon replied, "Watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon," adding a laughing-crying emoji. Miley apparently took notice of his comment and immediately hit back, "Go take a nap in your truck and cool off." She also put the hashtag #HotGirlSummer and a bunny girls emoji.
Miley and Kaitlynn were pictured sharing a steamy smooch and cuddling while hanging out by the pool in the city. According to an eyewitness, the ladies "were not trying to hide it at all. There were other people sitting by the pool. They were fully on a date, getting drinks, just the two of them. They even got a couple of massages at the hotel."
Both Miley and Kaitlynn are currently single, with the former announcing her split from Brody last week after five years together. Meanwhile, Miley and Liam just recently revealed that they had separated through a rep. "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time," the rep said. "Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."
