AceShowbiz - Aaron Carter has been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend after accusing her of trying to stab him.
The singer filed for legal protection against Lina Valentina in Los Angeles on Monday, August 12.
Police officers recently named her as a suspect in a domestic violence investigation, revealing she allegedly threatened to stab Aaron several times.
Carter, who announced his split from the artist earlier this month, claims she physically abused him throughout their relationship.
Police officers filed a report for an alleged incident between the former couple that occurred at his home in Lancaster, California on July 31.
Lina has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Aaron until a hearing scheduled for next month (September 2019), according to TMZ.
