The 38-year-old admitted back in January she was struggling to walk during her pregnancy and uploaded a snap to Instagram of her seriously swollen left foot and ankle.

"Any remedies?! Help!!!!" the 38-year-old wrote alongside the photo.

However, the star welcomed daughter Birdie Mae, her third child with American football star husband Eric Johnson (II), in March, and was delighted to share on Tuesday, June 18, that the swelling has finally gone down.

"I spy....my ankles!!!!" Jessica captioned a snap of her right leg raised up in the air.

The star endured a difficult pregnancy, and admitted on social media she was also suffering from insomnia, bronchitis and anxiety.

"After a month of sciatica pain, followed by three weeks of Bronchitis, I figured since my feet fit in my sneaks today I needed to walk out a lot of anxiety!!" she wrote.

"Walking in the rain to fight insomnia," the singer later posted.
