Taking to her Instagram account, Sherien Almufti insists that the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum did not violate his parole despite U.S. Marshals Service's rep saying otherwise.

AceShowbiz - Apollo Nida's fiancee has broken her silence following his second arrest earlier this week. Taking to her Instagram account on Friday, June 14, Sherien Almufti claimed that "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum did not violate his parole before proceeding to accuse the authorities of racism.

Alongside a sweet selfie of her kissing Apollo on the cheek, Sherien acted optimistic as she was sure that the parole officers "can't stop us babe!!!" She added, "For those who are confused [Apollo] didn't violate a goddamn thing. Another crime against a black man in the system. Jealously is a disease," along with a shrugging woman emoji.

Her followers, however, didn't think it was a good move to badmouth the authorities when Apollo is still in custody as they told Sherien to delete her post. "No shade baby girl but you shouldn't comment on an ongoing case. It could make matters worse for him. However I hope justice prevails for both of you. Sending prayers," one individual lectured her, as another echoed the remarks, "I say remove this. Last thing you want to do is piss off his PO."

Despite their advise, Sherien didn't delete the post. Instead, she followed it up with another selfie of her and Apollo together. "Just spoke to bae, he says hey," she captioned the picture.

Apollo pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud in May 2014. He was originally sentenced to eight years in prison, but a federal judge signed off on an order that reduced his prison sentence to 84 months back in March. The ex-husband of Phaedra Parks was released from custody on June 5 and was living in a halfway house in Philadelphia before U.S. Marshals Service took him back into custody for violating his parole.

There's a possibility he will remain behind the bars until his original release date of October 15, 2019.
