AceShowbiz - It looks like things are not so peaceful between Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks. On Sunday, August 11, the 40-year-old man appeared to accuse his ex-wife of keeping their children away via an Instagram post featuring their two children, Dylan and Ayden Nida.
He started it off by telling the two boys not to worry because "we will be together soon, No matter what,she can't keep us apart." Apollo added, "The fight will not stop to be a good DAD!!! There's not a day that goes by I don't think of the 2 of u. LOVE AND MISS YA SO MUCH." The Atlanta, Georgia native also stressed that fathers "have rights too," in a hashtag.
His post has yet to prompt a response from Phaedra, but some of his followers have started ridiculing him and claiming that he only shared the post to get attention. There were also some who pointed out that Apollo was the one who prevented himself from seeing his children because of his prison sentence, with one saying, "N***a you was locked up, you was the one preventing yourself from seeing your boys due to your criminal ways."
Another defended Phaedra, "[She] has been there daddy while you choose to leave them and break the law. Grow the f**k up and thank her for raising your boys when you left." One other wrote, "Sir... you should have thought about that when you were thinking about yourself before you committed a crime AND going back a couple of weeks ago." Others, meanwhile, suspected that Apollo's new girlfriend was the one who uploaded the post.
Apollo and Phaedra's divorce was finalized in July 2017, three years after "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alums announced their split. The pair agreed to share custody of their sons, with Phaedra taking the primary physical custody since Apollo was serving an eight-year prison sentence at the time.
