Hours after he revealed that he is developing a new project about the 'Self Care' rapper, filmmaker CJ Wallis informs fans that he is complying to the request by the MC's ex-manager and his estate.

AceShowbiz - A documentary detailing the life of Mac Miller has been halted by representatives for the late rapper's estate just hours after it was announced.
On Monday, June 03, Canadian filmmaker CJ Wallis revealed he had started work on a new project all about the hip-hop star, which he wanted to use to preserve his legacy.
He tweeted, "So, over the next year I'm going to start collecting interviews & content to make the definitive @MacMiller documentary for his family, friends & fans...."
However, just a day later, Wallis returned to Twitter to announce plans for the film had been halted for now at the request of Miller's former manager, Christian Clancy, and representatives for his estate.
"We heard back from @christianclancy & The Estate who said the family has requested we hold off on the project at this time," Wallis posted. "We immediately complied as the last thing we'd want is to negatively impact anyone involved, quite the opposite."
The "Self Care" hitmaker, real name Malcolm McCormick, suffered a fatal drug overdose in September (18).
Attorney David Byrnes was appointed as the personal representative for the tragic star's estate, while Mac's brother, Miller McCormick, and his parents Karen and Mark were also put in charge of the 26-year-old's affairs.
