The 37-year-old businessman goes on sharing that he's planning to take legal action against YouTuber Latasha Kebe who first reported the alleged infidelity on her video channel.

AceShowbiz - Porsha Williams' fiance and baby daddy Dennis McKinley has officially denied the cheating allegations leveled against him. The 38-year-old released a statement on Monday, June 3, setting the record straight after he was accused of cheating on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star with "WAGS Atlanta" star Sincerely Ward.

"These false and slanderous allegations against me are made solely to damage my reputation, jeopardize my ongoing businesses, and negatively impact my family," the businessman said.

Dennis went on sharing that he's planning to take legal action against YouTuber Latasha Kebe who first reported the alleged infidelity on her channel. "My attempts to ignore this slander have only empowered Latasha Kebe (a.k.a. Tasha K.) to create more false accusations. I am currently taking legal action -- and am currently being represented by Michael T. Sterling of Dreyer Sterling, LLC," he explained.

Dennis' attorney further confirmed that the legal action had been taken. "I handle legal matters in the court of law, not the court of public opinion and I will take whatever appropriate measures I can to defend Dennis' good name," the attorney revealed.

Additionally, Sincerely came forward and denied the rumors. "I really have no clue where this came from," the reality TV personality said. "It's bizarre, I've never met Dennis. In Atlanta, it's easy to have 6-degrees of separation [but] to my knowledge, I don't even know if we've even been in the same room together."

This arrives after Dennis shared on Instagram a picture from the first game of the NBA finals. The image in question showed Golden State Warriors' player Andrew Iguodala going straight into the audience while Drake ducked out of the way. Seemingly referring to the ongoing split rumors, Dennis tagged the athlete as "the bulls**t" while he tagged himself on the hip-hop superstar's figure.

"P & PJ [a red heart emoji] [a strength emoji] the rest is [a poop emoji]," he wrote in the caption, before seemingly threatening to sue anyone who spread the rumors. "My lawyer is [Mike Sterling]," Dennis added.
