Two months after Samantha Josephson was kidnapped and killed by a man impersonating an Uber driver, the 'Riverdale' actress reveals she came close to falling victim to a fake driver herself.

AceShowbiz - "Riverdale" star Lili Reinhart has urged her fans to be careful after almost falling victim to an Uber hoax at the weekend.
The actress has taken to Twitter to reveal she almost got into the wrong car at an airport on Sunday, June 02 after a fake Uber driver tried to convince Lili he was her pick-up.
"I was just ushered to a car by someone posing to be an airport cab/Uber driver," she shared. "I got to his car and there were absolutely no signs that he was a professional service driver. So I did NOT get into the car."
After revealing how close she came to getting in the wrong car with a stranger, she urged her three million-plus followers to "please pay attention and make smart decisions out there."
She later added, "Seriously... please be careful out there. You don't have to be nice or worry about being rude. Trust your gut. It could save you."
Her scary encounter with a bogus service driver comes just two months after Samantha Josephson was kidnapped and killed by a man impersonating an Uber driver in South Carolina.
There have been a spate of other reports of young women being lured into cars by fake Uber drivers.
